A mild assemblage of 3 classic black teas, ideal in the morning with toast, honey and jam
Ceylon tea is tasty, delicate, slightly sweet, spicy and gives a coppery red liquor, with notes of chocolate and oak.
Most plantations in Ceylon are located in the mountains of south-western Sri Lanka. Plantations altitude is between 400 and 2200 meters, the higher the better in quality. Crops are held throughout the year at intervals of about 15 days.
Darjeeling tea, also called “Champagne of Tea” is one of the most valuable black teas. This tea comes from the Darjeeling region located in India. It is grown between 2000 and 3000 meters altitude and harvesting takes place 3-4 times a year. The harvest season will change the flavor of the tea.
Assam tea is black and is characterized by large, broad leaves and with a strong flavor, round and spicy with a hint of caramel. This tea comes from the highest plantations of Assam, second largest producer of tea in India.
The tea bags are made out of Muslin fabric, entirely sewn, and will exalt the full flavor of the tea.
All Caron teas are graded in the Whole Leaf range.
