The Eureka Mythos Plus grinder is the commercial grinder that put Eureka on the grinder map. The Mythos Plus is the original version of the Mythos that inspired the now widely used Mythos One grinder – the most popular grinder in the speciality coffee scene.

The Mythos Plus is aimed at a slightly different audience.

It offers fast, precise grinding that can handle volume without missing a beat. It also features a built in tamping function (dynamometric) that allows users to tamp the coffee without the need for additional equipment.

It’s perfect for high volume coffee bars, restaurants and bars, handling up to 500 shots a day. It kicks out an impressive 20g of espresso in 5.5 seconds and delivers great fluffy grind that is very uniform and offers minimal clumping.

It’s on demand, meaning it grinds what you need there and then and nothing more, delivering fast fresh coffee every time. It offers an adjustable chute to cater for most portafilter types.
