Description
This gourmet coffee is a pure Arabica picked at altitude. It is a great coffee, characterized by its softness, its developed body and a light acidity. It reveals on the nose and palate a delicate flavor of apples and honey and some chocolate notes.
The liquidambar is the name of the old trees that surrounded the plantation of Mexico, whose sap (liquid) has an amber color (ambar). This variety, with very coarse grains, is also found in other Central American countries: Guatemala, Colombia, Nicaragua, … But the Liquidambar of Mexico remains the No. 1 Maragogypes!
