From the mindful selection of beans to the precision of the roast, every cup offers a truly refined and harmonious experience.

Anne Caron’s Signature blend starts on the high altitude slopes of Brazil, Ethiopia, Guatemala and Nicaragua where no tractor can drive. Coffee cherries are carefully hand picked and processed with both the wet and dry method, then naturally sun dried. Anne Caron is directly involved with the coffee farmers and carefully selects only green coffee beans scoring 80+ with the SCA. In her roastery near Paris, Anne Caron roasts the green beans in a slow and ancestral way, into a warm golden brown shade.  When the hot coffee beans pour out of the oven, They fill the air of the local village with aromas with comforting aromas of hazelnut and butter biscuits.
